Description

Find Your Flow.

Flow State is a five-week after-school mountain biking experience designed to help young riders become safer, more confident, and more capable on the trail.

Through professional coaching, hands-on instruction, and plenty of time in the saddle, participants will build the skills that transform casual riders into confident trail riders. Along the way, they'll develop resilience, good judgment, sportsmanship, and the confidence that comes from tackling challenges one ride at a time.

Whether your child dreams of joining a mountain bike team someday or simply wants to feel more comfortable exploring Summit County's incredible trail system, Flow State provides a supportive environment where every rider can grow.

What They'll Experience

Over five afternoons, riders will progressively develop the skills needed to ride with greater confidence and control.

Participants will learn:

  • Bike safety and maintenance
  • Body position and balance
  • Cornering and braking techniques
  • Climbing and descending
  • Trail etiquette
  • Reading terrain
  • Bike park features
  • Technical trail riding
  • Confidence under pressure

Each session builds on the last, allowing riders to continually apply new skills in real-world environments while being coached every step of the way.

Because at TREK, we're not just teaching mountain biking. We're helping young people discover what they're capable of.

The TREK Difference

At TREK, adventure is never the end goal.

It's how we help young people build confidence, perseverance, problem-solving skills, and resilience.

With a small group and experienced coaches, every participant receives personalized instruction, meaningful encouragement, and the opportunity to progress at their own pace.

Our goal isn't simply to create stronger riders.

It's to develop capable young people who leave believing they can take on challenges both on and off the trail.
